• All meats are cut to exact standards that we have developed and our suplliers know our standards and what we demand, anything less will not be accepted.
• With our new testing and tasting department we regularly check the quality of our meats and are always looking to create new products.
• Our product range is forever changing and should there be a particular cut of meat or product you require telephone our sales department.

Any feedback from our customers about any of our products is welcome and customer participation in the development of products and standards is encouraged.
